Caledonian Isles in JWD with gearbox issues, after extended repairs in Birkenhead 13 October 2024. Whilst a mechanical issue can easily occur in a 31 year old vessel (I have asked this before), one would have thought that a coat of paint could have been applied during the time in drydock, particularly as annual maintenenance will be due in January?
