The arrival of HMS Queen Elizabeth in Portsmouth Harbour has caused a flurry of MOD polica activity in Portsmouth Harbour. Sir Paul Travers in the foreground with Sir Geoffrey Rackham to her left and Sir Humphrey Gale in the background. Another vessel (Endeavour) was also patrolling 18 December 2017.

Commissioned on 06 December 2017, Queen Elizabeth is the largest ship to be commissioned for the Royal Navy.
I must admit that I did not fully understand the magnitude of the vessel when Queen Elizabeth was anchored in the Cromarty Firth!
